Tues 8-26 - ran 3.5 miles lifted bi's & tri's
I feel like I wussed out today.
wed 8-27 - ran 2 miles, jump rope 20 min, bike 10 min (I did the jump rope in 2 10 min intervals before and after running)
tkd pushups, situps, ******* jumping jacks, running with intermittent forward roll and back slap out, punching & kicking balance drills (ie side kick from dragon stance and put yr foot straight back down into dragon or X stance) i have showered 3x today bc i got so sweaty both times. I have cut drinking way back to maybe 1/2 beer a night.
Thur:20 min arc trainer, 15 min bike. I had nothing today. I'm getting tired of tkd making me virtually worthless the next day.
It was almost worth it cause I got to do rolls and falls last night. I'd do them at my regular gym if there was room.
Fri: ran 2 miles, 20 min arc trainer, bike 10 min my legs are hurting I don't know why.
