Thanks for bringing this thread back to life IronMan, I almost forgot about it. I have been drinking nothing but Green Tea, water, juice (vegetable/fruit), and milk for almost 2 weeks now. I have had approx. 20 ounces of soda in 2 weeks. I feel great! I have so much more energy now and I don't drag ass as much anymore. I have upped my fish consumption to about 7-8 meals a week and my stomach feels much healthier. (My stomach always feels like shit...until now). I am just trying this diet out because I'd like to be healthy and I know I have not been eating right. I made this thread cuz I was curious if this kind of diet is used in MMA as well. Probably just with the japs...maybe that's why I love green tea and fish so much (I am 25% jap). Anyway thanks for the replies I didn't think anyone would have an answer for me.
