Yet more progress in the gym

Squats 8, 8 @ 195lbs
Deadlifts 8, 8 @ 195lbs
Bench Press 8, 4 @ 165lbs
Military Press 8, 4 @ 105lbs
Chin up 8, 6 @ bodyweight
Cable Rope Crunch 12, 12 @ 180lbs

Did chin ups instead of pullups to see how it does with my back. Another week or two of this, then I'll get onto a 3 day split and do more combat related exercises.

Body weight is 210lbs today. Fluctuate much?

Another day of Jiu Jitsu with wobbly legs this evening.
