Here's how I've set out the morning training to do a trial run this week. I'm going to make time adjustments as I go, but tomorrow I'll be up at 5:30, at the gym by 6:00, leave the gym around 6:45, at work by 7:00.

Day 1
Skipping
Stretch
Strength Conditioning (Squat/Deadlift/Bench Press)

Day 2
Pads
Spar
Roll

Day 3
Skipping
Stretch
Endurance Conditioning (Towel Pullups/Dips/Ab Circuit)

Day 4
Pads
Spar
Roll

Day 5
Skipping
Stretch
Power Conditioning (Clean and Press, Clap Pushup, Burpee)
