First early morning workout today. Maybe I'm becoming a morning person, or maybe I was just rested well from sleeping in the 2 days prior, but this morning went very well.
15 minutes skipping
Squats 6, 6, 6 @ 205lbs
Deadlifts 6, 6, 6 @ 205lbs
DB Bench Press 6, 6, 6 @ 65lbs
Very intense workout for how early in the morning it was. Hopefully I can keep it up.
Man am I crashing now though, gonna powernap then head off to jiu jitsu this evening.
