Skipping, shadowboxing, combos on the bag, practiced a few moves on eachother like checking/catching kicks and countering.
MMA was some moves off pummelling including a takedown. Then learned a few techniques that I can't even remember at this point. I'm feeling pretty physically and mentally exhausted at this point and had a hard time concentrating for MMA. Resting up now at least, then back to work monday morning.
