Workout day

Started with 20 minute run on the treadmill, 6.0 speed.

Did some back and legs.
Dead lifts.
15x135
11x185
10x205
7x225
Cool down 14x135

Squats
15x135
9x205
7x215
6x215
Cool down 14x135

Lunges
30pounds dumbbells 12 lunges each leg repeated 3 times.

BACK

Lat Pullups - 3 Sets of 12 holding a 20 pounds dumbbell
Lat Pulldowns
12x150
10x160
8x170
6x170
14x120

Still getting off that cold I had so the workout wasn't the greatest.
