Morning Gym

Clean and Press 12,12,12 @ 45lbs
Clap Pushups 10,10,10
Burpees 10,10,10

Light day since I'm new to all these exercises. Only used the bar to get used to the clean and press, it's not an exercise you want to do wrong. Clap Pushups and Burpees aren't fun.
