10-05: didn't work out due to the craziest anemia type fatigue for months.
10-06: 40 min bike
10-07: 45 min bike
10-08: some self defense sparring but nothing that worked me much.
I can only do the bike and arc trainer till I see the dr. to figure out wtf is wrong with my ankle. uncool I'm going to have a breakdown from being unable to run.
10-09: bike, arc trainer
10-10: didn't work out
