Deadlifts 0 @ 245lbs
Deadlifts failed. Squats and bench lowered to break through plateaus, deadlifts will be joining em next week. Today I felt considerably weak and not rested at all. I fear I may be overtraining.
* Washed-out feeling, tired, drained, lack of energy check
* Mild leg soreness, general aches and pains check
* Pain in muscles and joints check
* Sudden drop in performance check
* Insomnia check
* Decreased immunity (increased number of colds, and sore throats) check
* Decrease in training capacity / intensity check
* Moodiness and irritability check
* Loss of enthusiasm for the sport check
* Decreased appetite check
* Increased incidence of injuries.
* A compulsive need to exercise
I don't know if overtraining is causing these things, or if it's lack of sleep. I'm pissed off about my ****ed up sleep patterns. I'll sort it out.
