Yeah, I started it on there after this one because I figured there'd be more interest. Might just end this one soon.



Morning gym

Clean and Press 10,10,10@65lbs
Burpees 10,10,10
Clap Pushups 14,14,14

Clap pushups are getting really hard now. Will have to start doing larger sets of burpees, but I'm not looking forward to it.

Weighed 213lbs

Kickboxing + MMA tonight.
