Kickboxing. 15 mins skipping, 15 mins shadowboxing. 2 rounds sparring with my partner, pretty light and we're an even match. 2 rounds sparring with another guy who pounded on me pretty good. Kept getting hit, hesitating thus opening up, and then getting hit with combos and so on. Just a simple matter of inexperience, hopefully we can get going on morning sparring so I don't have to be such an easy target in the ring anymore. After that we practiced some jab/head kick combos. Shin splints were acting up and we were physically and mentally fatigued so no MMA class. That's the week. Stoked for UFC tomorrow.See you monday.
