Thought this was pretty cool...progress on compound lifts over the past 9 or so weeks. Kind of hard to do a chart on this site so I'll just list it.
Squat 135,155,175,185,195,205,215,225,235*,185 100lb increase
Bench 135,145,155,165,165,65**,70,70,75*,60 30lb increase
Deadlift 135,155,175,185,195,205,215,225,235,245* 110lb increase
*Hit a wall, weight drops next week to begin building up again and ideally push past it.
**switch from barbell bench to dumbell bench.
Bodyweight on first day back in the gym was 195. Last weighed in at 213lbs. +18lbs.
