I think 135 was a little to much because my form got sloppy and started pushing up with my toes. But my entire core was sore right after.
Planning on doing my full let workout tonight.
I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.
