BJJ Class. Pretty average day, learned some handy new guard passes then put it in practice. Could have stayed for the advanced but felt too weak/tired.
I'm strongly considering rearranging my schedule, possibly eliminating mornings and condensing lift days to put less focus on conditioning and spending more time/effort on technique and using it to my full abililty instead of training feeling drained...I'll see what the training partner thinks. He rather do the early mornings but we might come up with something we both like better.
