Yea if you haven't tried snatches definitely do.
In weightlifting today we had a substitute (haha) and it was this kindly old lady, so most people just dicked around, I managed to get a little in.
We did this thing with the plates, you bench them, 20 times each, starting at 45lbs and go down to 10, and go back up to 45. Did that twice, it was nice, a little sore from it too!
Thats about it, lifting at 5AM tomorrow with a buddy, so Ill post it after.
