Muay Thai/MMA with Pele. BRUTAL class. After Kickboxing I felt phenomenal, but in the MMA class I hit a bit of a wall. I'm sore, in pain, and feeling burned out. Don't really want to go through the day today because it's pretty late already. Gym's closed tomorrow for Halloween so I start my rest days early. Going to recuperate and begin a lighter schedule starting next week. I think swimming is going to be a very good idea.
