So today I was watching some old ufc dvds and Im suprised back then and even now alot of people dont know how to escape from alot of positions in the positional hierarchy. Ive always tried to make it a point that you should know at least two escapes from each position so that you know a way to get out of every position and at the same time have options from each position.
So I wanted to see what escapes you guys use for each position.
Top Rear Mount
Bottom Rear Mount
Knee on belly
and what do you guys do to train for oponents who ground and pound
