Morning workout. (By the way if it isnt cold where yall are in the morning, I resent you) It was below freezing when we started at 4:55am
My buddy was doing shoulders and legs, and he got tired of doing side, medial, & front raises as 1 rep, so I joined

, I finally got it!!)
Did a little more arm work. Kind of a circuit-type thing, using 35s.
10 curls, 10 across the body hammer curls, 10 hammer curls
x4 with no breaks between curls, 20 seconds (strict) between sets
This afternoons workout.
I haven't been getting sore in my legs since my first time doing squats/box jumps. So today I did a shit load of sets and then workout back down
SORE AS HELL!
elbow to knee oblique workx25 each side
elbow to kneex25 each side
My abs are crushed, and my legs feel real damn sore, so it was a good workout.
