Good days of rest.
I'm going to experiment with my morning training a bit this week. Got a book 'Fit to Fight' by Jason Ferruggia to reference and we're also going to start doing agility circuits from my partners tape by Kenny Florians conditioning coach.
BJJ class was decent, pummelled, practicd passing guard from a stand, then practiced pivoting around to an arm bar. Then we practiced passing guard. Almost triangled all 3 guys but only finished with one guy. Got a few good guard passes and sweeps and vice versa. My partner caught me in a nice armbar. Class.
