Meh, it all depends on what im feeling, sometimes the mats are gross feeling or w/e and i like to have shoes, but other than that i do barefoot. I just need a shoe that will be with me for lifting/running and that i can wear around. Ill probably wait for more input then grab a pair of cross trainers/running shoes this weekend, i blew the heel out of my shoes now so im stuck with flip flops for 3 days
