Take like 6-9 fish oil pills a day. You should also just focus on taking a multi-vitamin... has all the b-vitamins you need plus a bunch of other shit. Vitamin C is not really that important, you already probably get much more than you need on a daily basis. My suggest vitamin list:
-Multi-vitamin
-Fish oil
-Basic greens
You really don't need more than that if you're just looking for general health. If you have specific things you're worried about you might wanna add somethin else for said problem
