Muay Thai with Thiago

Jumping jacks, shuffles, knee raises. Split the class in half for drills. First one was jumping sideways over a heavybag on the floor 4 times then kicking a heavy bag 4 times. This was alternated with push kicking the wall. 2 rounds each. Then 4 crunches on the floor followed by clinching and kneeing the heavy bag. This was alternated with kneeing the wall in a constanst skip. 2 rounds each. Then 2 pushups followed by any combo on the heavy bag. This was alternated with shadowboxing. 2 rounds again. Class. I was a ***** and didn't do MMA today. 2 Days of rest and UFC tomorrow. Got my fight shorts today, man they're flexible and comfy. Get my supplements tomorrow, and the rest of my shit sometime soon.
