I weighed out at 151 pounds today which is great and way ahead of schedule. It looks like my final cut in the sauna is going to be pretty easy. Today I ran a mile, and rowed 2000 meters on a rowing machine and then did a little bit of back and tricep work. I finished with some planks.
My second workout of the day was wrestling pratice which was drilling of head inside singles with any finish and some drop doubles and then some live wrestling on the feet and on the mat. Mostly for weight. At this point my only concern is weight, I am in shape and I dont really have any specific work to do its just about making the weight and fighting now.
