Thanks a lot walker. Its funny my coach's name is Walker and my gym is called Walker MMA. Anyway today was a light cardio workout of about a mile run, ten minutes on a stair stepper and ten minutes of jump rope. I actually went up in weight a little but I saw no point in starving myself this early in the week. I am still a little ahead of schedule as far as weight and weight is really my only concern at this point.
