I find the shrugs, squats and military press hard to swallow for a guy your size and age.
Anyway keep up the good work, workouts look solid for what you are going for anyway.
I do the military presses ande shrugs on a smith machine.
The squats are all in the power rack (the overhead I go on the smith machine).
