Whey protein is fine for you; I could actually reasonably agree with a creatine cycle as well depending on how your body reacts to it.

Nitric oxide isn't needed. You're at the young age where you don't really need to get pumped up for a workout, wouldn't worry about it now. Should be one of the lowest priorities behind a multi/whey/creatine/intra supplement.
