Absolutley but everything is about accuracy and timing, the question was "most powerful" and the overhand is the most powerful due to full extension of the arm.

DOUBLELEGTAKEDOWN Yes, like Chuck Lidell does to most of his opponents, he lands a hook or cross but usaully as the set-up punch only then he knocks them out with the straight overhand.
