Although its def season 1 or 2 (yes i like to sit on fences) TUF,3 was ridiculously weak and 4 was the the comeback, so most were never really going to reach the top.

But i dont think the guys from the seasons after that have had a chance to really grow as fighters yet. It was quite a while after season 1 and 2 that we really started to see those guys reach the top of their divisions. I mean forrest only became a true contender when he beat shogun, last year. Same with JArdine and Chuck. Rashad was nowhere near the top until he KO'd Chuck.
So in a few years i reckon alot of the lightweight series guys (think that was tuf 5) will really be pushing the top of their division. Guys like Maynard,Lauzon and Diaz, not a big fan of Manny but maybe him too.(haven't fogotten Emerson, its just unfair to class him amongst the other contestants.)
