Choke_Wire Training log

Hello if any of you old members remeber i had a training log but it was cut very short cuz i got jumped and my hand broken so i gave up training. I smoked alot of weed and done some drugs for a while now. But i've cut back and back to training.

Day 1 December 9

5"8 142.5 pounds
no shoulers
kinda 6 pack
powerful legs- powerful kicks and leg subs
adverage right hand. weak left hand
very felexable (can put right or left foot behind head. not at same time)

Somked a joint an bowl
No food
One energy drink - red rave

Stretch all out
Combos doing one more diffrent punch/kick each time with 3 pound weights
6:30 - KIckboxing class
30 sec moving shankin it out
10 sec pushups
Stretch legs
Air combos
Pair up with pads combos all hard

Energy Drink - Same

7:30 MMA Grappling
Arm bar exercise
tapped once for geting mounted
guillotine next guy
went 10 mins without a winner with next guy

people say either the world will end at 2012 or the aliens will finnally come back to us.....

i hope not cuz im writing a sci fi novel
