Back at the gym again. I felt a small strain in my back while I was hoisting a dumbbell so I'll do the rest of my workout on saturday.

Squat 3,3,3,3,3 @ 205lbs
DB Bench 3,3,3,3,3 @ 65lbs

Easy weights, especially with the lower reps. Forearm still hurts when I bench, bah!
