Calf Raise Machine
95 lbs - 155 lbs :: at least 10 reps each set
Haven't been skipping any workouts lately, just been too lazy to record my shit and write it down. Anyways, I did chest and triceps yesterday. I'm heading back up to the gym later to do shoulders. RAW.
