Mon.: 4 mile run, average pace 9:45 mile, 15 min. pad work.
Tue: 30 min. pad work and plyo intervals, 15 min. bike.
Wed: rest day, also my husband kept me up for 2 hrs in the middle of the night with horrific snoring.
Thur: 4 mile run, same average pace, 15 min. bike.
Fri: point sparring, 50 min of related drills then maybe 15 min. total of sparring.
Saturday: pulled something in L foot in sparring, iced it a lot last night and this AM, did 30 min arc trainer and 20 min bike. This is turning out to be a pathetic week for running.
