I'm having a lot of trouble getting below 200 lbs. So I am running more, with lots and lots of layers, and it aint cold out. I did 2.2 miles this morning in 13 mins and just did 2 almost all uphill (ran the mountain thats right behind my house) in about 15. Also, I am basically done eating real food until I drop to ~195 because thats just a few saunas of weight.
I am about to do some more pull ups, gonna shoot for 100, no matter how many sets, and going to ATG front squats (going for 5x5 w/ 225) and some real crisp form snatches. Will get back on later and type up how it went.
Real nervous about how my back handles so many damned pull ups.
I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.
