Did some back work and some core work spread out over the day.

did a little circuit-esque thing this morning that i found on youtube it was pretty tough, 10 exercises, 20 reps each
OH med ball circles
golf squat chop
diagonal lunge w/ chop
med ball rollouts
med ball jack knifes
all of it was with a 12lb med ball
just now did
knees to elbows x20
plank x1 minute
will do that later again probably 2 or 3 times in a row before bed.
I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.
