sun: didn't work out
Mon: took older daughter to gym with me, place was packed, 20 min arc trainer. 1 hour TKD conditioning (the usual as mentioned in numerous other posts).
Wed: 4 mile run, some jump rope but it was a little crowded for that. I'm counting the days till they get the Wavemaster and speed bag.
Thur: 4 mile run.
Fri: 4 mile run. I admit I had to take a couple of walk intervals for 60 seconds or so like a biatch. 10 min. bike after that.
