MMA Class

Lots of drills and circuit training followed by another drill working take downs/ground and pound. Practiced few standup combos with punches and kicks on the thai pads, felt good to hit stuff again but I felt myself tiring pretty fast..Then an armbar from side control and a little bit of rolling. Nothing particularly exciting happened during rolling but I felt I used much less energy and faired a bit better than yesterday.
