Another day, another dollar. Lot's of work in the half guard today which I needed. Nothing spectacular in rolling to report. I've been slacking on watching vid's and my diet so I'll try to make an effort to turn that around some more, I'm tired of being mediocre in rolling.
Muay Thai/MMA tomorrow. I don't know when I'll finish my weights workout...maybe I'll train 7 days this week.
