Everything was going great, then my left forearm fracture thing started to ache during benching so I immediately ended the workout. I'll monitor it and probably find something that puts less pressure on the forearm for chest/shoulders/tris. Nothing much coming off the top of my head...maybe weighted dips if they don't irritate it.
