Brutal plyometric warmup. More much needed practice with shooting for takedowns. Then some work from a new position, I forget what he called...half back control maybe? Don't remember but it's basically breaking down a turtled opponent from his side. Then some rolling. I had some good rolls with one guy who went pretty crazy on me and armbarred twice. Caught another guy in a triangle. Final guy kimurad me. Good class. Saulo Dvds tonight, BJJ tomorrow!
