It's interesting as hell to read other people get/stay in shape.
Side note- with how often you hurt yourself do you ever wonder if you're overworking yourself? I don't mean to be a demotivator, just wondering if it crossed your mind.
I recently started hearing creaks and cracks more and more often when I lift, and so I took a two day break and then felt a lot better. Just sayin
