Make sure to get protien in the morning, when you wake up your body is in a catabolic state, meaning that it burns muscle for energy. So have eggs, milk stuff like that. Why not just do a pretty intense BW circuit if 30 mins is all you have?

I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.
