Yeah, they are a bit expensive but it'd be worth it if it leans me out a little bit more. My metabolism is horrible, even with the healthy carbs/fat I eat on a regular basis. Protein bars would be well worth the addition if I could get back down to 175 or so.
EDIT: By the way, Southpaw, what's the best tasting flavor in that selection?
I prefer the Chocaolate PB but believe it or not more people like the Pumpkin.
The bars are also Very Heavy and they do fill you up
