Mon: 4 mile run (avg. pace about 9:40), 10 min. bike
tue: 40 min arc trainer, 10 min jump rope, tkd one-steps (kind of like an ippon in judo except there isn't always a takedown).
wed: had to stay home and help empty cabinets and move stuff and get bossed around. SUCKED
Thur: 4 mile run, 10 min. bike. sparring cancelled.
fri: TKD point sparring. I did not get nearly as much sparring time as I wanted.
sat: 2.5 mile run, pad work and point sparring with my daughter. She hits hard and is a "runner" in sparring so I got a little bit of a workout on top of the run.
