If you're trying to lose weight, why spend money on protein bars? You can get just as much protein out of some good whey powder and it's about half the calories. Also, protein bars are not going to speed up your metabolism. You need to work out regularly and eat healthy.

-I have Scivation Whey Protein as is.
-They can in some cases but that's not the main factor I based my decision off of.
-I do workout regularly and I do eat somewhat healthy. I'm just trying to get to the next level which would be 8-10 % body fat. Currently at 12% body fat.
