If in fact you are trying to lose body fat, I would cut out any drinks with sugar. Sugar causes a rise in your glycogen levels and your body uses this first as energy. By cutting excess sugar/carbs, your body "switches gas tanks", if you will, and begins to use stored fat as energy.
