workout plan let me know what you think

Whats up. I don't have much time. Planning on starting out slow but in a couple weeks I'll be doing this twice a day. In the morning and at night. I am looking for a complete body workout in my house. Doing this workout quick to help a lot with stamina. Thanks for any input.

2min drills (perfect push up)
reg 20,12,8
wide 20,12,8
close 20,12,8
*1sec down, 1sec up

Sit ups
3setsx10

Bitch Wheel
3setsx10

lunges
3setsx5
*40lbs each arm

squats
3setsx10
*40lbs each arm

2min drills Pull Ups
Chin Up 8,6,4,2
Pull Ups 8,6,4,2
side Grip 8,6,4,2

*Extra time Sit Against Wall
*Good form no high reps without perfect form!
