well im really busy right now with 2 trade schools and working full time. I definitely cant go anywhere to workout. I don't want to get big at all. I'm in good shape as it. Looking to strengthen my body for overhead welding that I do in school for 3hours 3 times a week. Also thinking about going into MMA in about a year. Plus when I move out I'll be working out as well. Right now I want to strengthen my whole body for MMA. Want to get into competition but only for fun, not looking to go pro. Just want to be able to hold my own at gym competitions etc. Thanks..lata barbell workouts? I have 2x40lb dumbbells.
