If you want to do get stronger for overhead welding, use those dumbbells and strengthen youre shoulders. Overhead presses, Arnold Presses, that kind of stuff. Also, if you can, try to do hand stand push ups, never tried them, but it seems like the kind of thing that would help you.

I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.
