Practicing a few moves while moving forwards/backwards. Drilled a couple combos. Finally got some sparring in, just two 3 minute rounds. I did alright, looking forward to getting some more in. Definitely need to and want to pay more attention to my stand up, the focus has been grappling for these past few months. I'm limping from shin splints
. Rest tomorrow, then I'll probably do my barbell complex on monday. UFC!!!
